Upon inspection the licensee had two enclosures which lacked adequate solid or slatted flooring. A 27 inch female Bernedoodle with nine puppies required 18 square feet of solid and only provided 4 square feet.

Upon inspection the licensee had two enclosures which lacked adequate solid or slatted flooring. … A 17 inch female English Bulldog puppy required 3.67 square feet of solid and provided none.

The licensee had 2 dogs with health issues that he stated he followed corrective measures but did not document he was following the corrective measures from the vet. The licensee corrected this issue during the inspection by recording when he followed the corrective measures. After this violation was documented, but while the AH inspector was still present conducting the inspection, licensee documented that he followed corrective measures. However, this matter will be referred to ODA’s Legal Counsel due to the repetitive occurrence of the violation and the licensee being put on previous notice. Corrected on: 4/22/2026
