Wardens viewed records that were incomplete. The records provided were missing transfer dates from August until the date and time of this inspection. Based on records provided during inspection, it was unclear how many total dogs were transferred in 2025 and the start of 2026; however, with confirmation from the kennel owner regarding social posts and Amercian Canine Association litter records those numbers were able to be accurately reflected.

Wardens viewed social media posts and American Canine Association (ACA) records for litters of puppies that were offered for sale/sold by the kennel and said puppies were not maintained on State issued forms for recordkeeping, as required. The kennel does not have approval to maintain records of dogs kept in the kennel on forms other than those that are State issued.

The kennel operator failed to obtain the appropriate type and class of kennel license. In 2025, this Kennel Class III license holder that breeds and whelps dogs, transferred ownership of eighty-three (83) dogs, exceeding its transfer threshold by twenty-three (23) dogs in 2025.
