Upon inspection the licensee had three drugs in the kennel that were expired, the licensee was not currently using the drugs and was able to dispose of them during the inspection. Corrected on: 12/4/2025

Upon inspection the licensee had grade one and two dental disease reported on physical exams by their veterinarian, per their veterinary care plan the licensee can correct this issue with providing bones, the licensee followed veterinary care instructions but did not document it.
