  • Incomplete animal disposition records

The licensee is not maintaining complete records identifying the disposition of animals (form 7006). Failure to include all the required disposition information may not allow APHIS officials to properly track the movement and care of animals covered by the Animal Welfare Act. Each dealer shall make, keep, and maintain records or forms which fully and correctly disclose the information concerning each dog purchased or otherwise acquired, owned, held, or otherwise in his or her possession or under his or her control, or which is transported, euthanized, sold, or otherwise disposed of by that dealer.
