Failure to include all the required disposition information may not allow APHIS officials to properly track the movement and care of animals covered by the Animal Welfare Act. Each dealer shall make, keep, and maintain records or forms which fully and correctly disclose the information concerning each dog purchased or otherwise acquired, owned, held, or otherwise in his or her possession or under his or her control, or which is transported, euthanized, sold, or otherwise disposed of by that dealer. The licensee must ensure that records are complete and correctly disclose the required information. Correct by October 18,2023.
