Four outdoor enclosures did not provide enough shelters for all dogs to lie in a normal manner. A discussion was had with the licensee that although the dogs could all fit in the shelter, it is not big enough to allow all dogs to lie down in a normal manner. To be corrected on: 11/27/2024

Upon inspection the licensee had tested all test eligible dogs but not within the required thirty day period as defined.

Upon inspection the licensee had moved adult dogs off the premises without proof of a permanent identification microchip. During the inspection the licensee was able to correct this issue. Corrected on: 7/8/2025

1. The new red kennel had 2 enclosures one with 3 dogs needing 22.21 sq ft and one with 4 dogs that needed 24.02 sq ft and each enclosure had approximately 21.73 sq feet of minimum floor space. 2. The small front kennel housing 2 dams with their puppies each had one enclosure that was 8 sq ft and needed 8.68 of minimum floor space. 3. The back left kennel had 1 enclosure housing 2 20-inch adult dogs that had 13 sq ft and needed 17.52 sq ft of minimum floor space. The licensee corrected this issue during the inspection by moving dogs to other enclosures that exceeded the required amount floor space. Corrected on: 6/9/2026

1. The new red kennel had 4 enclosures with 4.12 square feet of solid flooring in each enclosure housing a total of 12 dogs. This amount does not meet the required solid/slatted flooring requirement for one dog. 2. The small front kennel had 2 enclosures each housing a dam and her puppies. They had 4 sq ft of solid/slatted flooring and needed 8.68 sq ft. 3 The back right kennel, on the right side, had approximately 5 enclosures with 12 sq ft of solid/slatted flooring. The enclosure had approximately 4 dogs in each enclosure. Each one could fit two 15-inch dogs. 4. The back left kennel had 6 enclosures with 8 sq ft of solid/slatted flooring and 6 of the dogs were over 15 inches long and needed more than 8 sq ft. 5 The old red kennel had 1 enclosure housing 3 dogs. They needed 17.77 sq feet of solid/slatted flooring and had 9.5 sq ft of solid flooring. The licensee corrected this issue during the inspection by moving dogs to other enclosures that exceeded the required amount of solid/slatted flooring or adding solid flooring to the primary enclosure. A female with tag #76 lacked a physical exam prior to breeding. She had a previous litter on 10/26/25 and needed a physical after this litter was weaned but before she was bred with the current litter of puppies born on 4/25/26.

A female with tag #89 lacked a physical exam prior to breeding. She had a previous litter on 12/3/25 and needed a physical after this litter was weaned but before she was bred with the current litter of puppies born on 4/10/26.

Physical exams on 11/17/25 did not document the dogs official ID.
