The facility does have a system to document the inventory information for the dogs; however, they are not currently using the required APHIS Form 7005. The form in use does not include acquisition or disposition information on the form. The acquisition form (APHIS 7005) is necessary in order to accurately track animals being used in regulated activities and to ensure all required acquisition information is documented and available to the APHIS inspector.
