Not having an approved exercise plan does not ensure the dogs are meeting the exercise requirements outlined in the Animal Welfare Act. The licensee must develop an exercise plan and get it approved by his Attending Veterinarian. Correct by 10/25/22.
- Program of Veterinary Care not filled
The Program of Veterinary Care has not been filled out by his current Attending Veterinarian. Not having the Program of Veterinary Care filled out the Attending Veterinarian doesn't ensure that the dogs are being cared for and treated as per the Attending Veterinarian's instructions. The Program of Veterinary Care must be filled out by the Attending Veterinarian. Correct by 10/11/22.
