- Male Poodle scabbed right side
Upon inspection a male Poodle last four of microchip #3798 had an area of redness and scabbing on it's right side, during the inspection the licensee was able to treat the area using instructions from their veterinary care plan and started documenting treatment during inspection. Corrected on: 4/29/2025
- Havanese and Poodle missing corrective records
Upon inspection the licensee had two adult dogs a male Havanese #7156 and a male poodle #0067 which lacked documentation for corrective measures found under veterinary guidance. The licensee shall ensure all documentation of corrective measures are kept at the facility.
