Upon inspection the licensee lacked proof the attending veterinarian visited each housing facility in the year 2023.

Upon inspection the licensee was taking adult dogs into the veterinarian for veterinary care but because of an emergency with their attending veterinarian lacked a full kennel visit for the year 2023. All dogs have been seen as of the inspection on 12/16/2024.

Upon inspection the licensee had an expired tube of eye ointment in the kennel, they were not currently using the medication and were able to dispose of it during the inspection. Corrected on: 12/16/2024
