Wardens advised the kennel owner to take the following action: Primary enclosures for dogs shall be sanitized a minimum of once daily, and as often as is necessary to prevent an accumulation of debris or excreta or a disease hazard. Kennels shall have an effective program that controls ingress by insects, ectoparasites and avian and mammalian pests.
