Looking for an Australian Cattle Dog breeder? Glossy websites and cute puppy photos make it hard to know what a kennel is really like. Pawthenticity is a nonprofit that collects public government inspection records into free, searchable breeder profiles, so you can see what inspectors found before you bring an Australian Cattle Dog home.
Pawthenticity tracks 5 licensed kennels that breed Australian Cattle Dogs. They average 156 dogs of all breeds, and the largest has 430. All 5 have been cited by inspectors, for 147 citations in total. The kennels are in 5 states, mostly Oklahoma (1), Arkansas (1), Kansas (1), Iowa (1) and Missouri (1). Hobby and unlicensed breeders aren't included.
