Sec. 3.6 Primary enclosures. (a) (2) (x) --- The one pen containing two chihuahua puppies wire flooring is allowing the smaller chihuahua feet to pass through the wire openings. The larger puppy was tight rope walking on the wire. --- The one pen with two chihuahua adults has 1 inch wire flooring that is allowing the feet to fall through it. The feet passing through the wire will allow the dogs to injury themselves or alter their gait which can lead to injuries. The pens must be designed with flooring that does not allow the dogs feet to pass through. To be corrected by 03-14-2014

Sec. 3.4 Outdoor housing facilities. (b) Shelter from the elements. (3) **** Two dogloo type dog houses, affecting 4 dogs, tunnels have been chewed back. The amount of damage done to the tunnel allows the rain, snow, and or wind to impact the dogs while inside and hinder their ability to stay warm. Dog houses must be maintained to protect the dogs from wind, rain, snow and allow the dog to stay warm when inclement weather is in the forecast. To be corrected by 11-30-2015

Sec. 3.9 Feeding. (b) **** Two of the metal self feeders, affecting 4 dogs, are rusted out at the bottom creating a hole and allowing the feed to be contaminated. The food being exposed allows contamination from water, urine, rodents, caking, molding and deterioration. Once the food is contaminated its nutritional value, palatability, and wholesome is compromised. Feeders must be maintained to ensure the food is protected from molding, deterioration and caking.
