Upon inspection the licensee was using a new cleaner in the kennel, J&J wash which was not deemed safe for use in a kennel. During the inspection the licensee was able to contact their veterinarian for approval. Corrected on: 5/1/2025
- Male French Bulldog missing 2024 exam
Upon inspection a male French Bulldog "Master" last four of microchip #8951 was missing from the 2024 physical exams.
- Female French Bulldog ingrown nail
Upon inspection a female French Bulldog last four of microchip #9463 had a nail ingrown into the pad of her foot. The licensee shall ensure proper monitoring of adult dogs and puppies and corrective measures under veterinary guidance shall be documented when issues are found. The licensee did contact their veterinarian for an appointment on 5/1/2025, the inspector will ensure compliance with this issue. To be corrected on: 5/3/2025
- French Bulldogs with overgrown nails
Upon inspection the licensee had multiple French Bulldog adults which had overgrown nails, the licensee shall ensure all nails are monitored weekly per their veterinary care plan and keep at a length which does not cause discomfort, abnormal posture or movement. To be corrected on: 5/8/2025

Upon inspection the licensee lacked documentation for grade one dental disease, the licensee was correcting the issue but just lacked the documentation. From this day forward the licensee shall ensure grade one dental disease corrections are documented. Corrected on: 5/1/2025
