  • Wind/rain breaks dirty, grimy

    Several of the wind/rain breaks on the shelters in the outdoor housing facility had dirt and grime on them. Dirt and grime can harbor organisms that cause disease in dogs. The licensee must ensure that surfaces with which the dogs come in contact are cleaned and sanitized when necessary to satisfy generally accepted husbandry standards and practices. To be corrected by August 31, 2021.

  • Plastic feeding receptacle chewed, grimy

    A plastic feeding receptacle had chewed edges that contained dirt and grime. Dirt and grime can harbor organisms that cause disease in dogs. The licensee must ensure that feeding receptacles are maintained so that they can be properly cleaned and sanitized. To be corrected by August 31, 2021.
