- New dogs tested only once
Three new additions were tested once (#4735, #2093, and #2090). The vet care plan says to quarantine the dogs until they have two negative IFA tests 60 days apart. The licensee stated the vet called them this week with the results. The inspector determined that it was miscommunication, the vet called about dogs that were tested previously on 11/27/24, not last week. The owner was advised to have the documentation before moving dogs out of quarantine and into the kennel.
- Expired medication found
One drug was expired. The licensee stated they just bought it last week and they didn't check the date since it was purchased new. The licensee corrected this issue. Corrected on: 12/11/2024

Both required antibiotics for extended amt of time
