This Warden found one adult dog on premises with an expired rabies vaccination.

This Warden observed 4 puppies housed in a primary enclosure which was not constructed or maintained so that it is water resistant and may be readily sanitized.

This Warden found excreta accumulated in an amount that exceeded what could be produced in one day, as well as excreta coated in mold. Excreta was present in trays under the puppies' primary enclosures.

This Warden found an accumulation of debris and excreta inside one primary enclosure.

Wardens observed interior building surfaces with unsealed wood in areas housing dogs.

Warden observed primary enclosures with buildup of fecal material and debris that was not being removed on a daily basis as required.

Wardens observed primary enclosures with buildup of fecal material and debris that was not being sanitized daily or as often as necessary to prevent an accumulation.

Wardens observed two dogs with significant matting.

Kennel owner could not provide previous year kennel records for all dogs in or through the kennel.

The kennel owner was missing a rabies vaccination certificates or waivers for dog in the kennel.

Veterinary examinations were ordered on 2 dogs under section 402(a) based on warden’s observations of the condition of the dogs during the inspection. The kennel is in compliance with section 402(d) because the veterinary examinations were completed 4 7/2/2026 6:27 PM COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA ADLEB-21 Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Dog Law Enforcement Office Kennel Inspection within 72 hours.
