- Female Maltese feces-matted hair (Direct)
In the outdoor facility there was an adult female Maltese identified as #189 that had wads of matted hair on her feet and around the anal area. The matted hair around the rear of the dog had feces within the matted hair.
- Female Poodle ropey matted hair (Direct)
There was also an adult female Poodle identified as #16 that had wadded and ropey matted hair on the back legs, hip areas and wads of matted hair around the nose and eyes.
December 14, 2020 — Routine inspection, USDA 43-A-6169

- Rust-through pipe with jagged edges
In the outdoor enclosures, the pen dividers are constructed of chain link fence with metal pipe along the top and bottom to hold the wire tight. Five of the sections on the bottom pipe have excessive rust on their surfaces. The rust has caused 2 sections of pipe to rust entirely through so there is no connection with the fence to keep it tight. The two sections have sharp, jagged edges from the deteriorated metal. These rusted surfaces cannot be readily cleaned and sanitized and have no structural strength. The jagged edges could cause injury to the dogs as they move about. These pipes must be repaired or replaced to allow the proper cleaning and sanitizing and to prevent injury to the dogs. To be corrected by: 5 January 2021
