- Bent metal flashing, sharp edges
Wardens found metal flashing surrounding the interior dog door to the outside portion of a primary enclosure that had been chewed on and bent back in places exposing sharp edges.
- Self-feeders dirty and rusted
Wardens viewed self-feeding food receptacles that had not been sanitized regularly by evidence of debris and being caked with old feed. There was also significant rust present.

Wardens viewed bedding in a primary enclosure that was not clean.

Wardens viewed, throughout the kennel, an excessive build-up of excreta including excreta coated in mold.

- Siberian Husky enclosures over 89°F (Cruelty Referral)
Warden measured and noted internal kennel temperatures exceeding 89° degrees, said enclosures housed (2) Siberian Husky type dogs, and were not maintained to protect the health and comfort of the type of dog housed. For this reason, an animal cruelty referral was made to the Lycoming County SPCA.
- Siberian Husky indoor >85°F, no ventilation (Cruelty Referral)
Warden observed an indoor housing facility for (2) Siberian Husky type dogs and measured an ambient temperature greater than 85° F degrees inside without auxiliary ventilation present or operational. For this reason, an animal cruelty referral was made to the Lycoming County SPCA.
- Primary enclosures with excess hair
Warden observed primary enclosures with excessive hair, dirt and debris which indicated that the primary enclosure had not been sanitized a minimum of once daily.
- Overgrown weeds around enclosures
Warden observed overgrown weeds in excess in the area immediately surrounding this kennels primary enclosures that would encourage infestation in this kennel.
- Puppies sold with incomplete records
Warden observed incomplete records. (3) puppies sold were missing the names of the purchaser, (1) puppy was missing the full name and address of the purchaser.

Warden found two recently acquired adult dogs on premises with no proof of rabies vaccination.
