The kennel consists of one sheltered building. During the inspection one six year old female Pomeranian was observed non-weight bearing on her right front leg. On the top of the right front foot there is a red open sore with drainage. The animal also has a old sore on the top of the left foot. The dealer did not have any documentation of the animal receiving any previous treatment. The animal needs to be evaluated by the attending veterinarian. The dealer must maintain written documentation of the evaluation and all treatment to protect the health and welfare of the animals. Affects one adult. Correct by November 4, 2014.

Reeses a 10-year- old male Yorkie had a build up of tartar on his teeth with subsequent recession of the gum line.

Katie of Bergman (4550573031) a 6-year-old female Yorkie, had buildup of abnormal material on teeth (tartar), with a recession of the gum line which can be painful, impact the ability of the dog to eat normally, and harm the health of the animal. The white and frothy nasal discharge Kate had can occur due to fistula, infection, allergies, injury, irritation or other medical conditions that could be painful.

Two enclosures containing 3 dogs had sharp points protruding into the primary enclosures. Two female Yorkshire Terriers, Annabelle (1553) and Autumn (1554), and one male Yorkshire Terrier, Sampson (1654) are housed in indoor- outdoor suspended wire cages. The roof of the enclosures is an uncoated wire. In both the indoor and outdoor portions of the two enclosures, the wire roof had rusted and broken and was protruding into the enclosure. When the dogs jumped, played, and stood up against the side of the enclosure, the protruding wires were very close to their faces. Protruding wires and other sharp points can cause injury to the dogs. Primary enclosures must be constructed and maintained so that they contain no sharp points or edges that could injure the animals. Correct by replacing the broken wire by 5/16/23
