Looking for a Doodle breeder? Glossy websites and cute puppy photos make it hard to know what a kennel is really like. Pawthenticity is a nonprofit that collects public government inspection records into free, searchable breeder profiles, so you can see what inspectors found before you bring a Doodle home.
Pawthenticity tracks 22 licensed kennels that breed Doodles. They average 91 dogs of all breeds, and the largest has 430. More than half (13 kennels, or 59%) have been cited by inspectors, for 188 citations in total. The kennels are in 9 states, mostly Iowa (5), Ohio (4), Missouri (3), Wisconsin (3) and Kansas (2). Hobby and unlicensed breeders aren't included.
