Looking for a Labradoodle breeder? Glossy websites and cute puppy photos make it hard to know what a kennel is really like. Pawthenticity is a nonprofit that collects public government inspection records into free, searchable breeder profiles, so you can see what inspectors found before you bring a Labradoodle home.
Pawthenticity tracks 28 licensed kennels that breed Labradoodles. They average 74 dogs of all breeds, and the largest has 430. More than half (16 kennels, or 57%) have been cited by inspectors, for 517 citations in total. The kennels are in 11 states, mostly Iowa (6), Pennsylvania (5), Ohio (4), Missouri (3) and Kansas (3). Hobby and unlicensed breeders aren't included.
